Carlos offers a spiritual cleansing through smoking, extracting energy blockages and cleaning intrusive energies. He uses the strength of native sacred chants and prayers to potentiate the spirit of his clients, and in some cases, he uses herbal baths and/or rock salt in the waterfall.

His differential is to assist in the psychological part, working repetitive, unhealthy and unconscious behaviors that promote imbalances at different levels of the individual. Carlos Sauer offers psychological support based on the techniques and knowledge acquired at the Center for Therapies, Esalen Institute.

His spiritual support is anchored in the knowledge of Native Traditions, acquired by medicine men (healers), and teachings on spiritism from his family who belong to an ancient lineage of mediums and healers in Rio de Janeiro.
